I am experiencing technical issues, who should I contact?

If you experience any technical issues whilst using HALR please open a support ticket within HALR’s dashboard. Your ticket will be received by our technical team and we aim to get back to you within 24 hours. For more urgent issues you could try Twitter @lowdhalr
